These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Answrii (answrii.com), an AI-powered FAQ generation tool operated by Answrii ("we", "our", "us"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Answrii provides an AI-powered tool that generates FAQ pages and customer support reply templates based on product or service descriptions you provide. The service is available in free and paid tiers.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use Answrii only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits through automated means, multiple accounts, or IP manipulation
• Use the service to generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI prompts
• Resell access to the service without our written permission
• Use the service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our infrastructure

3. Accounts

You may use Answrii without an account (free tier, limited to 5 generations per day). Creating an account gives you access to usage tracking, a dashboard, and the ability to upgrade to a paid plan. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Free and paid plans

Free plan: 5 FAQ generations per day, no sign-up required. We reserve the right to modify the free tier limits at any time.

Paid plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.

6. Content ownership

Your input: You retain full ownership of any product descriptions, business information, or other content you provide to our service.

Generated output: The FAQ content and support reply templates generated by our AI are yours to use commercially without restriction. You may publish, modify, and distribute the generated content in any way you choose. We claim no ownership over generated output.

Our content: The Answrii website, branding, blog articles, documentation, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

Content generated by Answrii is produced by artificial intelligence and should be reviewed before publication. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before using it on your website or in customer communications. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of unreviewed AI-generated content.

8. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Answrii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
