Answrii ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our website at answrii.com and our AI FAQ generation tool.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address (or phone number if you sign up via mobile OTP) and your authentication provider details (Google account name). We do not collect passwords — authentication is handled securely by Supabase Auth.

Usage data

We track the number of FAQ generations you make per day to enforce usage limits. For anonymous (non-logged-in) users, we store a hashed version of your IP address — we do not store your actual IP address. For logged-in users, usage is tracked by your user account ID.

Input data

When you use our FAQ generator, you submit a product or service description. This text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your FAQ. We do not permanently store the text you input or the FAQ output generated. The data is processed in real-time and streamed back to your browser.

Payment information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. We only store your subscription status and customer ID for account management.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain our FAQ generation service
• Enforce usage limits on free and paid plans
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (welcome emails, payment confirmations)
• Improve our product based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your product descriptions or generated content with anyone.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Answrii:

• Supabase — database and authentication (your account data is stored securely in their infrastructure)
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI processing for FAQ generation (your input text is sent to their API for processing)
• Vercel — website hosting and deployment
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — specifically, authentication cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-first provider (such as Plausible) that does not use cookies or track personal data.

Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Usage logs (daily generation counts) are retained for billing and rate-limiting purposes. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data in a portable format
